Bookings can be made by contacting us via e-mail or writing. You may request a booking online as well.

Terms of Business

• To confirm a booking, 30% of the total daily rate is required. The balance of the daily rate payable before the commencement of the safari.
• Only cash or travelers cheques will be accepted as payment. No personal cheques or cards.
• There will be no refunds on cancellations. Dates booked as per contract will be paid in full.
• Before commencement of the safari, clients are required to complete and sign a safari contract and general information sheet.
• All clients and observers are required to read and sign our indemnity form before commencement of the safari.
• Prices are subjected to change without notice.
• All rates are quoted in US ($). Quotations also available in euro on request.
• The clients arrival date will be considered a non hunting day at $200 per client and $150 per observer.
• Any traveling day between hunting areas will be considered as a hunting day.
• Any clients whishing to fly between areas is responsible for his own, pro hunter and skinners’ airfare.
• Whilst all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of the client, observers and their possessions, we the company, Nyati Safaris RSA, accept no responsibility for any illness, accident or loss of whatsoever nature, arising during and after the safari.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) of 14% at present, is payable on all daily rates and transportation only. Trophy fees are exempt as they are an export. VAT can not be claimed back on the daily rates as it is for a service provided.
• Safari to be paid in full upon completion of the hunt.
